Struggling with your horrible cravings? Fortunately, the MayoClinic has come up with 10 easy ways to help deal with and most importantly, get rid of those terrible tobacco cravings. 
1. Delay- Try and wait it out 10 minutes.

2. Don't have 'just one'- One leads to another and then another and then another.
3. Avoid Triggers- Whether its when your out at a bar or driving in your car, try and avoid situations where you'll be much more tempted to smoke.
4. Get Physical- Go for a walk, jog, run, or join a gym. Physical activity will make you appreciate your healthy lungs more and distract you from your cravings.
5. Practice Relaxation- Try doing some yoga or breathing exercises. Cravings can make you tense and stressed, slowing down can help the craving pass.
6. Call Reinforcements- Call a friend or family member, trust me they will want to help!
7. Remember the Benefits of Quitting- Don't pretend to ignore how bad you know they are for you. You know the health risks associated with smoking.

9. Try and Nicotine Replacement- Try out the patch, the gum, or the electronic cigarette. They really do help!
10. Chew Something- No, not chewing tobacco. Try chewing on some candy, vegetables, or sugarless gum. This will help to distract.
